What you get, what we promise, and what we do not.
Short on purpose. Every line below matches something the product actually does.
What a plan is
A paid plan unlocks features in the panel installed on your machine and in this dashboard, for a number of days — thirty by default. It is tied to the Discord account that bought it, and its key activates on one machine at a time. Buying again extends the same license: the days add to what is left.
The free plan
Hatchling is free forever and needs no key. It is the panel on your own machine, and it stays yours whatever happens to the paid tiers.
What we promise
The features listed for your plan on the plans page, on the current The Isle: Evrima build. When a game update changes what the server exposes, we say so on the control itself and work on it. We do not promise what the game does not allow — the Limits section of the home page is part of these terms.
What you must not do
Share, resell or publish your key or your one-time codes. Use the tool to attack, cheat on or disrupt servers that are not yours. Pay with a method that is not yours.
Refunds and disputes
Ask on Discord first — most problems are one setting away. Refunds go through the provider you paid with, inside their window. A refund or a chargeback removes the plan role, and may revoke the license it paid for.
Revocation
We may revoke a license for the reasons above. Every revocation is logged with a reason, and you can always ask what it was.
Availability
The dashboard depends on your panel being online and on the hosting of the central. We aim to keep it up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for what happens on your server or to your players.
