What we keep about you, and why.
Gold-Isle is run by one operator and keeps as little about you as it can. This page says exactly what is kept, where, and why — in plain words.
What we keep
Your Discord id, username and avatar, taken from the Discord sign-in with the identify scope only. We never see your email, your messages or your list of servers.
Your licenses: plan, dates, and a fingerprint of the machine that activated each one — a hash, never the raw data. Your payments: our reference, the provider, the amount, the status and when it happened. Card or bank data never reach us; the provider handles them.
What you configure for your server — name, settings, shop, skins, managers — and what your panel reports: who is online, and the logs you choose to open.
Why
To know which account holds which plan, to deliver what you paid for, to renew it, and to answer you when something goes wrong. Nothing here is sold, shared for advertising, or used to build a profile of you.
Where it lives
On the hosting of the central, in a single file the operator can back up. Discord, Mercado Pago and PayPal each keep what their own policies describe; we keep only the references above.
Cookies and storage
Two cookies, both essential: the signed session that keeps you logged in, and a short-lived one that protects the Discord sign-in. Your language choice stays in your own browser. There is no tracking cookie and no analytics script.
How long
Licenses stay on record for as long as the service exists — they are the proof of what you bought. The order history on the dashboard is pruned automatically. Payment records are kept for accounting.
Your rights
Ask on Discord and the operator will show you everything kept about your account, correct it, or delete it. Deleting means revoking your licenses, since they are tied to the account.
